City League 2.0 is an Academy-style basketball league that is designed to prepare experienced basketball players for their transition into Rep and AAU level programs.

• Alternating teams and coaches

• • Heavy focus on overall development 
  • In-depth evaluation using TeamGenius software
    • Tracking player progress with multiple evaluations per season

• Competitive gameplay and guidance from our most experienced coaches
• Training sessions to optimize physical fitness

 

Currently tailored for boys in Grades 5-8, City League 2.0 involves two days of training per week: 

 

Wednesday 6:30-8PM (GR 5/6)

Wednesday 8-9:30PM (GR 7/8)

• Advanced Skill Training

 

Saturday 3-4:30 PM (GR 5/6/7/8)

• Gameplay / Team Concepts / Film Study / Nutritional Education / Media Branding + more

 

Pre Requisites: Must be INVITED from one of our City League programs or Rep Tryouts

 

Duration: December 10th to March 15th.

Location: Paramount Fine Foods Centre, 5600 Rose Cherry Place, Mississauga

Cost: $495 (includes two sessions per week for 11 weeks)
